The management team brings together a group of individuals - each possessing long histories of developing unique solutions (including many acquisitions) within the insurance and reinsurance marketplace.

Has more than twenty five years’ experience in the areas of insurance and reinsurance, including underwriting control and management, run-off, legal and regulatory issues, distressed situations and investment management.
From 2000-2005, Founder, President and CEO of Imagine Group, an international insurance and reinsurance operation which he founded in 2000, overseeing all underwriting and management operations as well acquisitions, including the purchase of Enterprise Re and Danish Re.

Extensive global insurance industry experience of practicing in the Bermuda and London Markets.
Previously responsible for sourcing and structuring complex insurance transactions at Imagine Insurance Company. He has been resident in Bermuda for 20 years and has been a Director of various Bermuda insurance companies including founding and being President of Castlewood Limited, a leading provider of run-off products for the insurance industry.
In 1981 he joined a start-up underwriting manager in Bermuda became the Underwriter of a leading Bermuda Reinsurer and the Chief Operating Officer of the Reinsurer’s underwriting manager.
